Lemon-Dill Sauce

Here's a simple and flavorful lemon-dill sauce that pairs wonderfully with pan-fried salmon:



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional for extra creaminess)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions:

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise (if using), chopped dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.

Season:

  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the lemon juice or dill according to your preference.

Serve:

  • Serve the sauce immediately, or refrigerate it for about 15-30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
