Delight in a decadent fusion of chocolate, cheesecake, and strawberries in this irresistible recipe.
Ingredients:
1 box strawberry cake mix (plus ingredients called for in package)
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup diced strawberries
Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Strawberries for topping (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9×13-inch pan and set aside.
Prepare the strawberry cake mix according to the package directions.
Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the white chocolate chips over the top of the cake batter.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, cream cheese, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
Fold in the diced strawberries.
Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter in the pan, then gently swirl it with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
Once cooled, cut the cake into slices and top each slice with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, if desired.
Keep stirring, keep savoring, and always let your taste buds lead the way!
