Hamburger Stew


On days when my spouse works, sometimes they get home later than the normal time we eat dinner. I found this to be the perfect dinner menu, I can eat at our normal hour if they are going to be really late and it's easy to keep warm till they get home.



Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 2 cups frozen Cubed hash-brown potatoes

  • 2 cups frozen cut green beans

  • 1 (11-oz.) can whole kernel corn, red and green peppers

  • 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed tomato soup

  • 1 (14-oz.) can ready-to-serve beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend

Steps

  1. In large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
