Creamy Celery Egg Bake

A warm, savory baked dish combining tender celery, eggs, and a rich, creamy sauce for a simple, comforting meal.



1 -2 servings (5×7 pan version)


Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs

  • ½ cup milk or half-and-half

  • 1 to 1½ cups chopped celery

  • ½ cup shredded cheese

  • ¼ cup cooked ham or bacon (optional)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Pinch garlic powder (optional)


Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F and grease a 5×7 baking dish.

  2. Lightly sauté celery for 2–3 minutes (optional).

  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. Stir in celery, cheese, and meat if using.

  5. Pour into dish.

  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until set in the center.

  7. Rest 5 minutes, then serve.
