Crispy Eggs
2 large eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Broth powder.
250 grams of all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp broth powder
Enough water
Important tips
*To get crispy results, you shouldn't have to wait for all the eggs to be coated with flour, but fried immediately after one egg is coated in flour.
* So heat the oil before the flouring process.
