The new AP report details at least hundreds of pounds of US military explosives and other weapons. C4 brick, Shells, grenades, rockets, and accessories such as blast caps and detonating cords have been stolen, lost, or otherwise obscured over the last decade or so. Authorities downplay these losses, but the combination of the inherent problems of tracking explosive stockpiles and uneven records management raises questions about the accuracy of their accounting and the effectiveness of existing security procedures.
Be fearful that those weapons could be used by malicious individuals to form a secret military, like Ron DeSanto's, who proposed a Civilian Military Force.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis wants to reestablish a World War II-era civilian military force that he, not the Pentagon, would control. But in a nod to the growing tension between Republican states and the Biden administration over the National Guard, DeSantis also said this unit, would be "not encumbered by the federal government." DeSantis is proposing bringing it back with a volunteer force of 200 civilians.
States have the power to create defense forces separate from the national guard, though not all of them use it. If Florida moves ahead with DeSantis' plan to reestablish the civilian force, it would become the 23rd active state guard in the country, these States have active state militias:
California (California State Military Reserve, California State Military Reserve Naval Support Command)
Connecticut (Connecticut State Militia)
Georgia (Georgia State Defense Force)
Indiana (Indiana Guard Reserve)
Louisiana (Louisiana State Guard)
Maryland (Maryland Defense Force)
Massachusetts (Massachusetts State Defense Force)
Michigan (Michigan Volunteer Defense Force)
Mississippi (Mississippi State Guard)
Missouri (Missouri State Defense Force)
New Mexico (New Mexico State Defense Force)
New York (New York Guard, New York Naval Militia)
Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico State Guard)
South Carolina (South Carolina State Guard, South Carolina Naval Militia)
Tennessee (Tennessee State Guard)
Texas (Texas State Guard, Texas State Guard Maritime Regiment)
Vermont (Vermont State Guard)
Virginia (Virginia Defense Force)
Washington (Washington State Guard)
Missing Weapons, Active State Militias, defiant Republican Party, some may believe the Jan 6 coup attempt was a failure, but was it, or was it just the start?
There are two ways to stop the Republican Party one is to vote them out of office, the other, as in any civil war, is to take up arms...
