In Autumn's gentle, golden haze,
When daylight wanes, and nights grow long,
Nature dons her fiery blaze,
A symphony of colors, a vibrant song.
Crimson leaves in the morning light,
Dance upon the breeze so free,
Amber hues in the fading night,
Whisper tales of a maple tree.
The pumpkin orange of harvest moons,
Reflects in lakes like polished glass,
While russet brown, like cozy rooms,
Welcomes all as seasons pass.
A tapestry of russet, red, and gold,
Paints the earth as summer wanes,
In Autumn's arms, we find, behold,
Nature's masterpiece, where beauty reigns.
So let us cherish this fleeting show,
As leaves descend in graceful flight,
For in the colors of Autumn's glow,
We find pure magic, pure delight.
The moral of this poem lies in the transient beauty of nature and the importance of appreciating the fleeting moments in life. Just like the vibrant colors of Autumn come and go, life's moments, too, are temporary. The poem encourages readers to cherish and value the beauty in their lives, appreciating it while it lasts. It's a reminder to find joy in the present, appreciating the changing seasons and the natural cycles, teaching us to embrace change and find beauty in every phase of life.
