Andy Powell (guitar, vocals) – The band’s co-founder and primary guitarist, Powell has been the driving force behind Wishbone Ash since the beginning.
Ted Turner (guitar, vocals) – Known for his melodic playing and harmonization with Powell, he left in 1974 but returned in the late 1980s.
Martin Turner (bass, vocals) – Not related to Ted, Martin was the band's original bassist and lead vocalist, contributing significantly to their sound before leaving in 1980.
Steve Upton (drums) – The band’s original drummer, he played until 1990 and was known for his solid, precise style.
