Ingredients
1 can 8 count biscuits texas style buttermilk ( not the flaky kind)
vegetable oil for frying
Filling and Toppings
VANILLA FILLING
1/4 cup solid vegetable shortening
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
CINNAMON AND SUGAR
1 stick butter ; melted
1 c sugar mixed with cinnamon
FRUIT FILLED :
1 1/2 c lemon curd or strawberry curd
BOSTON CREAM :
1 sm. box instant french vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c milk8 oz whipped topping
1 can(s) chocolate frosting
GLAZE :
1 c powdered sugar
1 Tbsp butter, room temperature
2-3 Tbsp milk
